The following was custom made by famed British musical company Watkins (WEM) for presentation to Paul McCartney of The Beatles, custom bespoke walnut and maple casing and exquisite marquetry. It houses a legendary Watkins WEM Tape Echo, which is one of the most famed of all British effects, used and favoured by an array of 60s British Beat bands, details as follows.

History Of Production

The following is unique, custom built for Paul McCartney. It was one of a series of 3 bespoke wooden cased Tape Echos that were produced by Charlie Watkins to be gifted to a selection of the most famed and iconic British artists, which included Paul McCartney, Mark Knopfler and Gary Moore, each carrying their own unique and bespoke designs.
