The Gibson J-50 was introduced in the 1940s as the exact structural equivalent to the legendary J-45, but featuring a natural blonde finish rather than a sunburst. The model became famously associated with legendary folk and rock musicians, most notably serving as Bob Dylan's primary acoustic guitar during his early career breakthrough in the early 1960s.
