Comments:
The J-160E debuted in 1954 as one of the world's very first commercially viable acoustic-electric guitars. It was engineered primarily to be played amplified, introducing an integrated pickup to a traditional flattop style. The model owes its legendary status directly to The Beatles. John Lennon and George Harrison purchased a pair of 1962 models together, using them extensively across early hits, stadium performances, and studio albums.
